ProNet Rebates - Group Rebates Manager

ProNet Rebates is a complete Rebate Management System (RMS) developed for buying group administrators and management to accurately calculate, record, and distribute rebates to member companies in a highly efficient and cost-effective manner. The web-enabled solution manages many different types of rebate schedules to include: flat, tiered, volume growth, credit memo, off-invoice, manufacturer add-on, etc.

ProNet Rebates can operate as a standalone application or when integrated with ProNet B2B Exchange, used to auto-calculate rebates earned in real-time; providing a time-saving approach for verifying vendor rebates received against actual member purchases.

ProNet Rebates is comprised of two applications: Rebates Administrator and Rebate Reports, which are made accessible via a standard web-browser. Rebates Administrator manages vendor accounts, member groups, rebate schedules, fee schedules, rebate receivables & payables, currency conversion, and much more. Rebate Reports supports the generation of group management summary and detailed-level rebate reports. Rebate Reports also supports the distribution of member rebate reports via the web; providing a cost-effective solution for publishing rebate earning to your membership.
